Shipping policy
Débu Incorporated ships via United Parcel
Service (UPS) and United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Under normal circumstances ordered
received by 1PM PST (4pm
eastern) will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after
1pm may still go out on the same day, but after cut off same day shipment is not guaranteed.
United States Postal Service (USPS) offers
Domestic and international services.
Domestic
USPS 1st Class Mail = Normal Delivery time 2-6 days
USPS Priority Mail = Normal Delivery time 2-3 days
USPS Parcel Post = Normal Delivery time 4-7 days
Please note that the USPS Does not guarantee date specific deliveries, nor do they offer a tracking service for standard mail parcels.
International
USPS Global Priority Mail = Normal Delivery time is 3-6 days
USPS Airmail / Letter post = Normal Delivery time is 5-12 days

United Parcel Service

GROUND - 1-6 workdays, with date specific delivery guaranteed
for all packages received prior to 1PM (4PM) PST.
ORANGE - 3 workdays, with
date specific delivery guaranteed for all packages received prior to 1PM
(4PM) PST.
BLUE - 2 workdays, with date specific delivery guaranteed
for all packages received prior to 1PM (4PM) PST.
RED - Overnight delivery
or Next working day with date specific delivery guaranteed for all packages
received prior to 1PM (4PM) PST.
Return of non-damaged product
Débu Incorporated has a no fuss return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping,
insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable). Items must be in resalable condition. Any opened, damaged or missing items will be deducted from the total refund.
In order for returns to be processed, you must request a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside
of the package. Packages
without RMA numbers will not be accepted. In order to receive your RMA number
email us. All returns must be post marked within 5 business
days from the issue date of the RMA. Packages not post marked within 5 business
days of issue date of the RMA may be rejected by the returns department.
Damaged, lost or delayed shipments
Débu Incorporated is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (e.g. UPS, USPS etc). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All
products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any
damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, the purchaser should alert the carrier and Débu Incorporated that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price.
Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within
14 business days of receipt of product. Packages should be mailed to the address
below with the RMA on the outside of the box (see about
RMA above).
